So here it is... the first step in a new direction. My hope is that my effort here, and those of people who join this community, will help foster the sharing of insights and inspiration that lead to positive action. The simple premise I'm putting forward is this- I believe that each one of us is born with a light within ourselves and that light, if given the proper support and direction, can grow and burn with incredible brilliance. The Shine! Unfortunately, sometimes people, and organizations for that matter, never truly realize what it is that really inspires them, or worse, negativity and hardship can dampen, sometimes even extinguish, that light which is so vital for happiness and success. So I'll be back and I hope you'll be back even more to learn, share, and shine and together we can inspire the fire in all of us. What would a movement be without a theme song...
